Hello, and welcome! My First 100 Foods is a small, independent project — a little website at myfirst100foods.com made to help you celebrate your baby's very first tastes. When we say “we” or “our team” on this page, we just mean the people behind My First 100 Foods. By using the site, you're agreeing to the friendly terms below.
A free, browser-based tracker for recording the first 100 foods your little one tries — and, if you'd like a keepsake, an optional personalized printable tracker (a digital PDF) with your child's name on it. The free tracker keeps your progress right in your own browser, so there's no account to create and nothing to sign up for.
Our printable trackers are sold through our partner Lemon Squeezy, who act as the official seller (the “Merchant of Record”). That means they take care of the payment, billing, and any taxes or VAT on our behalf, so your purchase is also covered by Lemon Squeezy's terms. You'll always see the price before you pay, and your tracker is created and downloaded instantly, right in your browser.
The tracker you buy is yours to download, print, and enjoy for your own family's personal use. We just ask that you don't resell it, share it for profit, or redistribute it — it's made with love for one family at a time.
Everything here is for general information and encouragement only — it's not medical advice. Every baby is different, so please check with your pediatrician about your child's diet, allergies, and readiness for solids. We can't be responsible for health decisions made based on the site.
Your tracking progress lives on your own device, and we keep data collection to a minimum. You can read exactly how we handle analytics, cookies, and any messages you send us in our Privacy Policy.
We pour a lot of care into this little tool, but we offer it “as is” and can't promise it'll always be perfect or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect or unexpected losses from using the site. None of this takes away the consumer rights you're entitled to by law.
